Pricing & Product description
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price for ordered goods in exceptional circumstances; If a price for an ordered item is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Melbourne Mobiles also keep the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Unless indicated otherwise, all prices stated include GST.
Descriptions and specifications of products shown on our website are taken directly from information supplied by manufacturers. Products are supplied as named and described. Where a product description is acompanied by an illustration of the packaging or product itself, that illustration is for illustrative purposes only and may not look absolutely identical to the product to be supplied; if the exact appearance of the product or packaging is essential to be identical then you should make that clear to us in writing at the time of order.
We reserve the right to change this website, including price details at any time without notice.
All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.
Shortly after your order is placed a member of the Customer Services Team will call to confirm your order details and delivery information.
We call to ensure the customer placed the order, this protects both them and us from any potential fraudulent activity. This being especially so when the order is being paid for by a Credit Card.

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars.
Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge on Mastercard or Visa. We reserve the right to decline credit card payments (and/or request an alternative method of payment) at our discretion. If the card payment is declined by your issuer due to lack of funds available, we cannot hold goods against your order if there are other customers for the same goods who have available funds.
We also accept payment by EFTPOS cards and bank transfer (EFT) into our Australian bank account, order will not be processed unless the bank transfer reference includes your order reference number and is cleared to our account. If an item is not in stock when payment is received, we will provide a full prompt refund. Should you cancel your order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days and depending upon stock availability and whether there are prior customer orders for the same item.
The estimated arrival times are taken from information provided by our couriers, these are estimated only, Melbourne Mobiles is not responsible if this varies. If goods are returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery fee is not refundable. Postage costs for the return of any devise due to fault or manufacturers issues will not be reimbursed.
All mobile phones and accessories supplied by Melbourne Mobiles are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's product warranty.
Early Life Failure
Your handset has 7 days to claim on Early Life Failure under the 12 months manufacturer warranty. No returns are accepted unless the product was received faulty and you notified us within 7 working days of receipt.
If you experience a fault with your goods after the 7 day receipt period you are required to call the manufacturer's Authorised Repair Centre direct and have the product fixed under the 12mth Warranty period. - Please call us on 1300 66 19 44 for any contact numbers you may require.
Please be advised that due to our business policies, any EARLY LIFE FAILURE fault with your handset must be dealt with our business procedures;
Procedure is as follows:
· Handset is returned to its appropriate manufacturer with a proof of purchase
· Manufacturer will assess the fault
· Under manufacturer fault, handset will be replaced from the manufacturer’s stock
Under no circumstances will handset be replaced from our business stock. Early life failure will only cover manufacturer fault not physical or liquid damage.
Melbourne Mobiles will not refund clients with the below circumstances:
· Early life failure / Faulty handset
· Not happy with Handset (various reasons)
· Lost or theft
· Unwanted gift
If your article was lost in transit, we will replace with new, you will still receive what you initially paid for.
